Jazz band meets every Monday after school from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm.  These rehearsals are especially important since there is no set class time for Jazz Band, which means that there must be some time set aside for this group to rehearse. Students must audition to be a member of the Jazz Band. Like the Advanced Group, there are high expectations that come with being a member. Rehearsals will include sectionals with high school jazz band members as well as full ensemble practices to work on the different jazz songs for the community performances later in the year.
